Four simple steps to start playing and winning
Open a maju99 account in under 2 minutes. Minimum deposit of RM10 via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, or FPX to start playing.
Head to the Blackjack section and choose a table that suits your budget and skill level — from standard tables to VIP.
Set your bet amount before the cards are dealt. Each player and the dealer will receive two cards to start the round.
Make strategic decisions – Hit (take a card), Stand (stop), Double Down (double your bet) or Split (separate a pair) to reach 21.
Master these strategies to play smarter at maju99
Always Hit when your hand totals 8 or less. Also Hit when you hold a value of 12–16 and the dealer's card is between 7 and Ace — the dealer is likely holding a strong hand.
Stand when your hand totals 17 or above – the risk of going over 21 (Bust) is too high. Also Stand on 12–16 when the dealer shows 2 through 6, as the dealer has a high chance of busting.
Double Down when your hand totals 9, 10, or 11 — this is the ideal moment to double your bet. Avoid doubling down when the dealer shows an Ace, as the risk is considerably higher.
Always Split Aces and Eights (8-8). Never Split Tens (10-10) or Fives (5-5). Split Twos (2-2) or Threes (3-3) only when the dealer shows a card between 2 and 7.
Avoid Insurance bets in the long run. While it may seem tempting when the dealer shows an Ace, the odds on Insurance are mathematically unfavourable to the player.
Set a loss limit before you play and stick to it. Start with smaller bets to get comfortable with the pace of the game before gradually increasing your stake.
Use this chart as your decision guide when playing at maju99

If you've ever sat at a green felt table with cards in hand, you know the thrill of blackjack. Every decision carries weight — hit or stand, double down or hold back. That's what sets blackjack apart from most other casino games. It's not purely about luck; it's about strategy, discipline, and reading the situation. At maju99, we bring that experience straight to your screen, anytime and anywhere you are in Malaysia.
Maju99 offers a wide range of blackjack variants designed to suit every type of player. Whether you're just learning the basics or have spent years mastering strategy charts, our platform has a table for you. Classic Blackjack for those who prefer the traditional experience, Speed Blackjack for players who want faster-paced action, VIP Blackjack for seasoned players ready to raise the stakes, or Infinite Blackjack where multiple players can sit at the same table without waiting.
It's no surprise that blackjack is a favourite at casinos worldwide, including among Malaysian players. For starters, blackjack has one of the lowest house edges of any casino game — with the right basic strategy, that edge can be reduced to under 0.5%. That means for every RM100 you wager, you can expect to get back more than RM99.50 on average. No other casino game offers odds like that when played correctly.
Second, blackjack gives players full control over their gameplay decisions. Unlike slots, which rely entirely on a random number generator, every decision in blackjack is yours to make. Whether to hit, stand, double down, split, or surrender — the choice is always in your hands. And when your decisions pay off and the wins come in, the satisfaction is doubled because you know it came from skill, not just luck.
At maju99, we understand that Malaysian players value both fair odds and full control over their game. That's why we offer a transparent blackjack environment with independently audited RTP and provably fair game systems, ensuring every round is free from any manipulation.
One of the biggest draws at maju99 is the Live Casino section, where you can play blackjack with real dealers in real time through high-quality video streaming. Forget computer animations or digitally generated numbers – at maju99 Live Blackjack, you watch the dealer physically shuffle and deal cards right in front of you, just like a real casino.
Our dealers are professionally trained and able to communicate warmly in multiple languages. Every table is designed to give you a sense of luxury and comfort, all without leaving home. You can interact via the live chat feature available at each table – ask questions or simply have a casual chat while waiting for the next round.
Maju99's streaming technology ensures smooth gameplay even on a moderate internet connection. Combined with a touch-screen optimised interface, playing on your smartphone delivers the same experience as a laptop – only more convenient and flexible.

Many Malaysian players have tried various platforms before ultimately settling on maju99. The most noticeable difference comes down to transaction speed and ease of use. Other platforms often have withdrawal processes that take days, require currency conversions that eat into your winnings, or feature interfaces not optimised for Malaysian users. maju99 addresses all of these with a single platform built from the ground up for local players.
On top of that, maju99's customer support operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and WhatsApp, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly. No need to send an email and wait days for a reply — our support team is ready to assist in Bahasa Melayu whenever you need them.
Maju99 believes gambling should be entertainment, not a burden. We encourage all players to set a budget limit before playing and stick to it. Never bet more than you can afford to lose, and make sure the game doesn't interfere with your daily life, work, or family. If at any point you feel the game is starting to affect your life, use the self-exclusion feature available at maju99 or reach out to our support team for assistance.
